Server outage due to fire at our data center
2008-06-02

Dear Valued Customer,


ITA Network Solutions has been experiencing an outage which is effecting a number of customers' servers. This issue may also have been affecting customers' ability to get through to our call center or access our main web site. The reason for this is that a transformer in our partner's data center has caught fire, thus requiring the data center to take down all generators as instructed by the fire department. All servers were down. We have determined that no servers in the data center have been damaged. Nonetheless, they are down because power was out. Teams across the board are working to take appropriate action and the server connection has now been restored.

We appologize for any inconvinience this may have caused to you or your business - however we thank god that nobody was injured during this accident.

Please do not hessitate to open a trouble ticket, should you need any further information or assistance.
